World Islands Database
A structured reference for notable islands with countries, regions, coordinates, and highest-point data where available. It is built to be useful as both a reader page and a downloadable dataset.
Methodology
Records come from the curated WorldPlacesExplained island dataset. Coordinates use decimal latitude and longitude. Highest-point values are included only where the dataset stores a specific elevation.
