World Lakes Database
A structured lakes database with countries, regions, coordinates, area or depth facts, summaries, and page links.
Methodology
Records are curated into a consistent schema: name, type, country, region, main metric, secondary context, coordinates, summary, page path, and optional canonical place path. Metrics are intended for reference and comparison, not live operational status.
